As chefs and cooks, we often have jobs that make a healthy division between self and work difficult. Frankly being busiest when others are taking "me" time and vacation means that we have to work harder as professionals and leaders to make sure that we find balance for ourselves and for those that work with us. At this year's conference, we will delve into ideas on how we can invest time and effort into building balance into our team dynamics.
